-Experience in marine/offshore crewing or HR
-Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance
-Experience handling travel logistics & documentation
-Excellent coordination and crew record management skills
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work under pressure and meet mobilization deadlines.
