Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing solutions
Manage GCC-based staffing sales operations with a strong focus on Qatar market
Handle enterprise clients, government, and semi-government accounts
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-volume hiring projects
Manage both sales and delivery for large-scale workforce requirements
Handle staffing solutions across blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar segments
Lead key account management and long-term client relationship building
Participate in tender bidding and proposal preparation processes
Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio in GCC region
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
6–8 years of experience in business development or sales (mandatory)
Strong GCC staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing sales experience (mandatory)
Proven experience in Qatar staffing and outsourcing market (mandatory)
Experience managing enterprise and government accounts
Strong exposure to high-volume recruitment and workforce solutions
Experience in tender bidding and contract negotiations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
