Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for ATM, CCDM, internet banking, and mobile banking platforms
Manage end-to-end ATM operations, upgrades, maintenance, and compliance requirements
Support internet banking and mobile banking integration and issue resolution
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of digital banking channels
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in banking applications and systems
Coordinate with internal IT, vendors, and banking teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, security standards, and operational policies
Support continuous improvement of digital banking services
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in digital banking or ATM operations (mandatory)
Strong experience in banking domain systems and digital banking platforms
Experience in ATM, CCDM, internet banking, and mobile banking operations
Knowledge of banking integrations, issue resolution, and system support
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of banking compliance and operational standards
Strict requirement: Sri Lankan male candidate only
Immediate availability preferred (0–30 days notice period only)
