Job Title: Site Engineers
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction site activities, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation
Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and project teams
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience
Strong knowledge of villa construction and residential project execution
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Site Engineers: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per month
