Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all brands
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Managers and Marketing Officers
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on all activities
Analyze KPIs, campaign performance, and customer insights to optimize results
Drive brand positioning, awareness, and customer engagement
Collaborate with operations and other departments to align on business goals
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content strategies
Build partnerships, sponsorships, and external collaborations
Review and approve all marketing materials and campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within F&B
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, and market trends
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
