Civil Engineer (SARS Card & Trakhees Approved)

Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations. The role requires valid SARS Card and Trakhees approval to work on Trakhees-regulated projects (e.g., ports, free zones, and special development areas).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control (QA/QC compliance)
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and safety regulations
Handle site documentation, reports, and daily progress records
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals (Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.)
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction contracting companies (mandatory)
Valid SARS Card (mandatory)
Trakhees approval (mandatory)
UAE Driving License (preferred)
