Job Description
Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: Architecture, Engineering & Design Consultancy
� Experience:
• 7–15 years total experience
• 3-7 years of consultancy experience in Qatar (Mandatory)
• Mandatory: Proven experience in Qatar design consultancy projects only
• Strong exposure to local authority approvals (Ashghal, QCDD, MMUP)
� Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design drawings using AutoCAD & Revit
• Support BIM modeling and coordination
• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit
• Assist and handle in authority submissions (Ashghal, QCDD, MMUP)
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and BOQs
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams
• Coordinate with clients, local authorities, and contractors
• Lead full design cycle (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC)
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
• Lead design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers
� General Requirements (All Positions):
• Qatar project experience is strictly mandatory
• Background in consultancy firms only
• Strong knowledge of QCS & local compliance standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Preferably locally available in Qatar with transferable visa
