Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Graduate in Hotel Management or Catering
3–6 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or large-scale food service operations
Experience in industrial catering or institutional catering preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of catering operations, food service standards, and hygiene practices
Ability to manage and supervise kitchen and service staff effectively
Good understanding of portion control, menu planning, and food quality standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
