Job Position: IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) / IT Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Retail
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000
Job Description:
Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
Resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
Install and configure software and systems
Manage user accounts (Active Directory / Entra ID)
Handle email setup and troubleshooting
Perform antivirus updates and patch management
Support SharePoint / OneDrive users
Provide hardware support (laptops, desktops)
Manage printers and peripherals
Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations (UAE experience mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and user support skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Preferred:
Experience in the retail industry
