Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments
• Manage documentation, data entry, and record keeping
• Coordinate internal communications and support daily operations
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Emirati with a family – book
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory
