Job Title: HSE Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma (mandatory or highly preferred)
10–15+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment roles, including managerial level experience
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
Expert understanding of risk management, hazard control, and safety audits
Familiarity with international and local safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, reporting, and training abilities
Ability to develop and implement safety strategies across multiple sites
