Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Lead project sourcing, negotiations, and deal closures
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects
Requirements:
• 4+ years of UAE experience in joinery & fit-out business development
• Strong industry network and sales track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license preferred
