Job Title: Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive
Role Type: On site

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling
• Intake and manage patient referrals
• Maintain EMR records (patient registration, documentation)
• Support billing and invoicing processes
• Liaise with doctors, labs, and partner hospitals
• Support communication with Arabic-speaking patients during consultations, when required
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken)
• Prior experience in a clinic / hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, patient-friendly approach
