Job Title: Sous Chef

Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary/ Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
1–3 years of experience in professional kitchen operations
Prior experience in UAE hospitality industry required

Requirements:
Must be currently based in the UAE
Proven experience in fast-paced hotel or restaurant kitchens
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards
Ability to lead and support kitchen staff under pressure
Good understanding of inventory and cost control
