Key Responsibilities
Oversee construction and execution activities for residential building projects
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors and consultants
Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control across all project phases
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects
Strong technical and site execution background
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
SAR 10,000 – SAR 18,000 per month (based on engineering discipline, experience, and Saudi construction market standards)
