Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and processing of daily financial transactions
Maintain accurate accounting records and organized filing systems
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in VAT return preparation and compliance
Post basic month-end journals including prepayments, accruals, and depreciation
Coordinate with the Project Controls team for financial data and reporting
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Prepare supporting documentation for monthly financial reports
Assist in project financial reporting and cost tracking activities
Support invoice processing, validation, and documentation
Maintain supplier and subcontractor records in accounting systems
Assist with payroll administration and expense claim processing
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance is an advantage
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in financial data handling
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 4,000 – SAR 7,000 per month (based on experience level and industry standards in Saudi Arabia)
