Job Title: General Manager (Hospitality) – Ramee Group of Hotels
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in hotel operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager / Resident Manager / Hotel Manager)
Requirements:
Strong leadership experience in managing hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Administration)
Proven track record in revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
Experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple properties or large-scale hotel operations (preferred)
