Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing F&B operations in hotels, restaurants, or resorts
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene, and quality control
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest handling abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
