Job Title: Quantity Estimator (Civil & MEP)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
5 to 8 years of experience in quantity surveying / estimation for Civil & MEP projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil and MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQ preparation
Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tender documentation
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
Good understanding of construction materials, rates, and market analysis
Ability to coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
Strong analytical and numerical skills
