Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Division: Waterproofing
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for waterproofing projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
Track project progress and report cost performance
Assist in contract administration and documentation
Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
Requirements:
3–5 years UAE experience in Waterproofing, Construction, or related field
Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and costing
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation
Good understanding of contracts, variations, and claims
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
Immediate joiners preferred
