Job Title: Cluster Associate Director
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/ Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10–15+ years of experience in hotel operations, with strong exposure in senior leadership roles such as General Manager / Cluster Manager / Area Manager
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing multi-property (cluster) hotel operations
Proven track record in driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence
Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest experience, and brand compliance
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple General Managers and cross-functional teams
