Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Clinical Psychologist for their client in UAE which is a large addiction rehabilitation hospital providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and residential services.
We are looking for Clinical Psychologists with a minimum of 2 years of experience post completion of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Western education is preferred and experience in addiction medicine or within a mental health hospital or rehabilitation facility would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are required for this role.
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing addiction treatment and rehabilitation. Conduct structured clinical interviews, psychological evaluations, and utilize standardized psychometric assessment tools to assess mental health conditions and addiction severity.
Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions under the supervision of senior clinicians including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention strategies, and supportive psychotherapy. Work closely with psychiatrists, addiction physicians, clinical psychologists, nurses, and therapists to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care.
Support group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and relapse prevention workshops for patients and families. Monitor patient progress, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and prepare psychological reports as required. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and treatment planning reviews.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical governance frameworks, and UAE healthcare regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development programs, and clinical supervision sessions. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of psychological practice at all times.
Salary : Upto Aed 22000 per month (Salary mentioned is indicative.Final offer lies at the discretion of the client post interviews)
