Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a General Manager for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a premium multi-branch polyclinic operating across multiple locations in Dubai and offering a wide range of clinical, aesthetic, and longevity services.
This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational execution, and overall business performance across all clinic branches.We are looking for candidates with 7 to 10+ years of healthcare management experience in Dubai, including at least 3 recent years managing a multi-branch polyclinic or medical centers. Candidates must demonstrate strong financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational costs. In-depth knowledge of DHA and MOH regulations, UAE insurance frameworks, and healthcare compliance is essential.
A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly preferred.The General Manager / Polyclinic Manager will be responsible for full P&L ownership, working closely with finance teams to analyze revenue streams, control costs, and drive profitability. Develop and execute business growth strategies including expansion of high-margin service lines, strengthening corporate partnerships, and improving patient retention. Lead financial and operational turnaround initiatives in collaboration with finance leadership and key stakeholders.Oversee operations across multiple clinic branches, ensuring standardized processes, service consistency, and maintenance of a premium patient experience aligned with high-end market expectations. Optimize insurance processes, reduce claim rejections, improve billing cycles, and negotiate favorable terms with insurance providers.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including DHA and MOH, ensuring full compliance, successful audits, and timely license renewals.Provide leadership across clinical and administrative functions, managing physician relationships, optimizing doctor schedules, and monitoring revenue productivity. Lead administrative, marketing, and front-desk teams through structured KPIs, performance management systems, and a culture of accountability and excellence. Act as the escalation point for patient experience and ensure maintenance of high satisfaction ratings and brand reputation.Drive strategic planning in collaboration with clinic ownership, defining short-term and long-term business objectives and ensuring execution through effective delegation and operational oversight. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes while ensuring strong internal controls and financial governance. Oversee facility operations, expansion initiatives, and ensure robust emergency preparedness and operational continuity frameworks.
Aed 25,000 per month plus performance-based profit sharing and benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
