Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with QC, Sales, and Admin teams to manage operational activities related to product labeling and design
Follow up with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time
Maintain and organize operational records, files, and documentation accurately
Work with various departments to obtain approvals and ensure smooth process completion
Monitor daily operational activities and provide updates to management
Ensure all operational requirements are executed correctly and efficiently
Assist the team with day-to-day operational support tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in operations coordination or a similar role
Basic understanding of design concepts is an advantage
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks
Ability to manage records and maintain proper documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
Applicants on visit visa or with cancelled visa will be preferred
Must be ready for immediate joining
