Key Responsibilities
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning for SAP environments
Manage transport and change processes in alignment with IT governance standards
Execute patch upgrades, kernel updates, and system refresh activities
Handle user administration and SAP security role management
Coordinate backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) processes
Conduct quarterly system health checks (PPM) and generate reports
Ensure compliance with Qatar National Cybersecurity Framework and relevant security standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system availability and operational efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in SAP BASIS administration and system support
Strong expertise in transport management, system upgrades, and performance optimization
Experience in SAP security roles and user administration
Knowledge of backup strategies and disaster recovery coordination
Familiarity with IT governance and cybersecurity compliance standards
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or GCC environments
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and HANA database
Relevant SAP certification in BASIS or system administration
