Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design processes from concept development to construction stages
Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables meet deadlines
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and design presentations
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders across project phases
Contribute to sustainable design strategies and project innovation
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Professional registration such as ARB or LEED AP is preferred
5–7 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination
Proven experience across all project phases including concept, design development, and construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Strong understanding of building codes, compliance, and sustainability practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities
Valid QID and availability to join immediately or within a short notice period
