Chief Pharmacist
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the hospital’s pharmacy department.
• Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of medications.
• Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
• Develop and implement policies for safe and effective medication use.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient care through proper medication management.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Master’s or PharmD preferred).
• Valid license to practice pharmacy in Kuwait.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
