Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Keyloop DMS
• Provide 1st & 2nd level user support
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Perform root-cause analysis
• Support system updates and new modules
• Integrate DMS with CRM, ERP, and BI tools
• Prepare regular reports
Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience with Keyloop or any DMS
• Strong knowledge of Keyloop modules (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance)
• Experience in system integration & troubleshooting
• Understanding of dealership workflows
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Must be based in Kuwait with transferable residency
