Public Relations Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main liaison between the company and UAE government authorities
• Handle document submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with relevant ministries
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to transport, labor, and immigration
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate updates to internal teams
• Obtain and manage road and transport permits across all UAE emirates
• Process standard and special transport permissions for project requirements
• Visit government offices when necessary to expedite approvals and clearances
• Coordinate NOCs and required documentation for cargo movement
• Manage documentation and approvals for various permits and passes
• Work closely with operations teams to align permit requirements with project timelines
• Provide regular updates on application status, approvals, and potential delays
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in the transport or logistics sector
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE government procedures and compliance requirements
• Proficient in managing documentation, securing approvals, and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of:
• UAE transport permits and regulatory approval processes
• Labor laws and immigration procedures
• Government-related operations and protocols vernment systems and documentation processes
