Job Title: Senior Cost Engineer (Steel / PEB)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field with 8–12 years of experience in cost engineering, commercial QS, and project controls
Requirements:
Strong experience in Commercial Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering
Expertise in IPC / IPA and preparation of payment applications
Hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, and cash flow management
Ability to manage client and main contractor coordination effectively
Mandatory experience in Steel / PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and variation management
Proven leadership experience in managing QS / cost control teams
