Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
Integrate systems using REST APIs and Microsoft 365 services
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into automation solutions
Manage workflow enhancements and optimize existing automation processes
Handle ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
Develop approval, notification, and escalation flows as required
Work with Azure DevOps for deployment, version control, and release management
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure security compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation or software development roles
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of RBAC and enterprise security practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Arab nationality required
