Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction site activities for high-rise building projects
Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and material usage
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Oversee concrete works, shuttering, reinforcement (rebar), finishing, and structural activities
Maintain site records, daily logs, and progress reports
Ensure efficient resource utilization and productivity on-site
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in high-rise building construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision practices
Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
Proven leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
GCC experience is preferred
Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
