Female Auto Workshop Insurance Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Initiate process and manage insurance claims from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters to resolve issues discrepancies or denials and expedite claim approvals
• Upload and manage all required documentation on insurance portals and the company OneDrive including before and after repair photos
• Track insurance claims related to vehicle repairs and follow up regularly
• Negotiate claim settlements when necessary and handle pre approvals and resubmissions
• Coordinate with internal staff and external insurance companies to ensure smooth repair and claim processing
• Collect and verify all accident related information including detailed descriptions photographs and insurance and contact details of all parties involved
• Maintain accurate and organized records of insurance claims correspondence and transactions using electronic systems
• Generate regular reports for management on claim status performance metrics and trends
• Provide clients with timely updates on repair progress and insurance claim status
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims and repair process
• Coordinate with internal departments such as workshop billing and administration to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing
Requirements :
• Female candidate preferred
• Graduate degree or equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in the UAE as an Insurance Coordinator in an auto workshop
• Strong knowledge of UAE motor insurance procedures
• Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple claims efficiently and work under pressure
