Responsibilities:
• Maintaining employee records
• Handling employee leave, attendance, and payroll processing
• Strong knowledge in excel and HR Software and government portal (MOHRE)
• Supporting HR policies and compliance
• Office Admin Coordinator:
• Managed supplier sourcing.
• Strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service quality
• Conducted price comparisons and negotiated cost-effective purchasing terms
• Demonstrated working knowledge of aluminium products, tools, and related industry materials
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and government portal.
• Strong sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
