Key Requirements:
Proven tenure as an Executive Chef within reputable international hospitality or franchise brands
Exceptional command of kitchen operations, menu engineering, and financial performance (cost control, P&L accountability)
Demonstrated leadership in managing large, multicultural teams and developing high-performance kitchen structures
Strong expertise in brand compliance, SOP implementation, and quality assurance across multiple units
Experience overseeing multi-unit or regional operations is highly advantageous
A refined culinary portfolio reflecting creativity, consistency, and brand alignment
