Job Vacancy: Operations & Logistics Officer
Location: Kuwait City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
Male candidates only
Transferable residency (Article 18)
Available to join immediately
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations and logistics
Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, supply chain, and warehouse operations
Experience in local supplier and transporter coordination
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid Kuwait driving license is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities
Monitor shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels
Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Support operational planning and process improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
