Job Title: Hygiene Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Food Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
2–5 years experience in hygiene, sanitation, or hospitality/food safety environments
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to conduct inspections and identify hygiene risks
Good reporting and documentation skills
Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or food industry preferred
