Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field
5–8 years experience in bid management, tendering, or proposals in construction, engineering, IT, or consulting sectors
Requirements:
Strong experience in preparing and managing bids, proposals, and tenders
Excellent understanding of tendering processes and client requirements
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Ability to coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams
