Technical Manager (Villas)
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Experience, Skills and Knowledge :
• Has a proven track record in design and construction of villas, and a deep knowledge of technical standards, in relation to villa projects.
• Oversees technical quality assessments and maintains comprehensive project documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Confirms that the technical solution meets client requirements and expectations.
• Works closely with project team to validate project methodologies and review project outputs
• BSc, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years overall experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (villas)
• Minimum of 5 years working in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• User of MS Office
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• A high standard of spoken and written English, Arabic speaking advantageous.
