Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order processing including receiving, reviewing, and entering customer orders into SAP
Validate order details and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales teams
Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and planned supply to ensure realistic delivery commitments
Identify supply chain risks such as shortages, delays, or availability issues and implement mitigation actions
Coordinate closely with logistics teams for transportation planning and delivery execution
Track order fulfillment progress and ensure timely shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
Support customer operations and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
Maintain order accuracy, documentation, and system updates in SAP
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations
Experience working with SAP systems (preferred)
Strong Excel skills for reporting and tracking
Preferred experience in the Chemicals industry
Knowledge of order tracking, shipment scheduling, and delivery coordination
