Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal apparel collections aligned with brand identity and market trends
Conduct in-depth research on global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
Collaborate with merchandisers and buyers to achieve commercial and strategic goals
Develop detailed tech packs, sketches, and product specifications for production
Source fabrics, trims, and materials in alignment with design intent and cost targets
Work closely with manufacturers and production teams to ensure quality and feasibility
Oversee sampling, fittings, and production processes to ensure design accuracy
Ensure product quality, fit, and compliance with UAE retail and industry standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
8–10 years of experience in apparel design within retail or fashion industry
Mandatory experience in UAE or Dubai fashion market
Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing processes
Experience working with local and international manufacturing partners
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software
Strong understanding of costing, product development, and lifecycle management
Experience in fast fashion or high-volume retail brands is an advantage
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is preferred
Salary: Up to AED 18,000 per month
