Job Title: FM Business Transformation Manager – UAE/KUWAIT
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / Management Post Graduates
8–12 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Business Transformation
Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and change management programs
GCC (UAE/Kuwait) experience preferred
Requirements:
Strong experience in Business Transformation
Deep understanding of FM operations and service delivery frameworks
Expertise in process re-engineering, performance improvement, and change management
Familiarity with digital transformation tools and data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
