Job Position – Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Local Candidates Only MUST be in Qatar (Transferable visa & NOC)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities in office and pharmacies
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and manage a multicultural team
Knowledge of housekeeping systems is a plus
