Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / HR Management qualification preferred
3–7 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry
Experience with hotels or hospitality brands preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
Familiarity with HR systems and documentation processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally
