Job Position – Assistant Soft Services Manager
Location: UAE
Industry: Facilities Management
Hiring for a dynamic and experienced (Female) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, etc.)
Supervise and lead site teams to ensure high service standards
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Coordinate with clients and resolve service-related issues
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and prepare operational reports
Support manpower planning, training, and performance management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management / Hospitality / Business or related field
4–6 years of experience in soft services or facilities management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of UAE FM standards and HSE regulations
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
Preferred: UAE experience in facilities management
