Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all operation and maintenance activities during assigned shifts
Ensure smooth plant operations and optimal equipment performance
Monitor SCADA systems and handle operational troubleshooting
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans effectively
Coordinate with engineering teams for breakdown resolution and system upgrades
Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance standards
Prepare detailed shift reports and analyze operational performance metrics
Ensure continuous improvement in plant efficiency and reliability
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
7–10 years of experience in O&M roles (industrial plant experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and remote operations
Experience in bulk material handling or ship loading operations
Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance skills
Proven leadership experience in shift-based operations
Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards
Salary: 375–425 OMR
