Key Responsibilities
•Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in line with company and legal requirements.
•Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
•Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow-up and preventive measures.
•Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.
•Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety rules at all times.
•Support the preparation of HSE documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
•Coordinate with site teams and contractors to promote safe work practices and maintain a safe working environment.
•Maintain HSE records, reports, and performance data.
•Participate in HSE meetings and support continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, or related field.
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in construction, FM, industrial, or related sectors.
•NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH certification is preferred or required.
•Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
•Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
•Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness at all levels.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Bahraini national male candidates are preferred.
