HVAC Coordinator
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC installation jobs based on labor availability, customer needs, and job priorities
• Communicate with Engineers & Customer Service to confirm installation dates, pre-installation requirements, and site readiness
• Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared prior to job start
• Assign and dispatch installation teams to job sites
• Track installation progress and resolve conflicts or delays
• Communicate daily with installation technicians and provide required drawings
• Coordinate with the Store to ensure materials are delivered to job sites on time
• Support the Operations / Installation Manager with reports and job updates
• Generate material requests in Focus system and follow up for approvals
• Follow up with Factory & Store regarding duct fabrication sketches
• Submit vehicle maintenance and repair requests
• Monitor and update vehicle status for Installation & Engineering departments
• Draft memos and emails when required
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in HVAC coordination or installation operations is highly preferred.
