Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all lifting and rigging activities on project sites
Ensure compliance with lifting plans, safety procedures, and project requirements
Conduct pre-lift meetings, inspections, and risk assessments
Verify lifting equipment, cranes, and rigging gear before operations
Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and safety teams
Ensure adherence to approved lifting procedures and industry standards
Monitor ongoing lifting operations to ensure safe execution
Identify and mitigate risks related to lifting activities
Maintain lifting logs, documentation, and compliance reports
Ensure strict adherence to Oil & Gas safety regulations and standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory)
Strong expertise in lifting operations and rigging supervision
In-depth knowledge of lifting safety standards and procedures
Experience working in high-risk industrial environments
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
Strong understanding of lifting plans, equipment, and load calculations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to enforce strict safety compliance on-site
