Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams, consultants, and key stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes
Manage Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Cloud implementations
Oversee Financials, Supply Chain, and Order Management modules
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle systems with business operations
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and senior management
Provide regular project updates and performance reports
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in project management for Oracle-based systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
Hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle E-Business Suite
In-depth knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, and Order Management modules
Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements
Experience with system integrations, customizations, and upgrades
Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle certifications
Nationality requirement: Saudi or Omani nationals only
